Our Return Commitment

We accept returns of most items within 15 days of delivery, provided they are in original condition with all packaging and tags intact. Like fine-tuning your bike’s performance, we’ve designed this policy to be smooth and efficient.

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Batteries & Chargers (opened or used)
  • Bike Brake Fluids & Bleed Kits (opened containers)
  • Bike Helmets (for safety reasons once removed from packaging)
  • Personalized Bike Stickers
  • Items marked as “Final Sale”

Simple 3-Step Return Process

Step 1: Initiate Your Return

Within 15 days of receiving your order, email our support team at [email protected] with:

  • Your order number
  • Item(s) you wish to return
  • Reason for return
  • Whether you prefer an exchange or refund

Step 2: Package & Ship

Once approved, we’ll email you return instructions including:

  • Return shipping address (2170 Lake Forest Drive, Kansas City, US 66215)
  • Recommended carrier (we suggest using the original shipping method)
  • Return authorization number (to include on your package)

Note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. For exchanges, we’ll cover one-way shipping.

Step 3: Inspection & Resolution

Upon receiving your return:

  • We inspect items within 2 business days
  • Process refunds/exchanges within 3 business days after approval
  • Email confirmation when complete

Refund Details

Your refund will be issued to your original payment method:

  • Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 3-5 business days after processing
  • PayPal: 1-3 business days after processing

International refunds may take additional 2-5 business days to appear in your account.

Exchange Policy

Prefer an exchange? We’ll:

  • Process exchanges for available items of equal value
  • Cover standard shipping for your replacement item
  • Ship your exchange within 1-2 business days after receiving your return

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:
