The Coast dropper seatpost by PNW Components combines the advantages of a lowerable saddle with the joint-gentle pressure point of a suspension. Most people associate dropper posts with mountain biking and the lowest possible center of gravity, however, they are much more versatile – from the fully packed Trekking bike to your XC ride, on Gravel trails or on the daily commute.

The suspension seatpost offers advantages not only off-road and on steep descents, but also in city traffic. When mounting and dismounting frequently or trying to mount with heavy luggage, the hydraulic air suspension with 2 chambers and adjustable pressure provides noticeably more comfort and safety.

The suspension travel of 40 mm supports the rider both on bumpy trails and when negotiating curbs as well as potholes in the urban jungle. The additional suspension also makes the seat feel much more comfortable, ensuring a more relaxed arrival at your destination.
