The smaller cassette pinions are made of very high quality, durable chromoly steel, the whole is rounded off by the largest pinion which is made of lightweight 7075-T651 aluminum. The Garbaruk cassette is ideal for all riders who are looking for an efficient way to increase the performance of their MTB or road / CX bike. A matching color lockring is included with the cassette.

To ensure proper shifting to the largest sprocket it is necessary to replace the original shift rollers of the drive with special ones from Garbaruk (optionally available).

Drive setups recommended for the Garbaruk MTB cassette:

Garbaruk recommends using the 12-speed Shimano compatible cassette for 1×12-speed SLX, XT and XTR derailleurs with long cage (SGS). However, if you want to use it with the SRAM 12-speed rear derailleur, such a setup will also work well. This 12-speed cassette is compatible with the Shimano HG+ 12-speed chain.
