Do you carry parts for electric bikes?
Yes! We stock e-bike batteries, chargers, and other specialty components. Look under “Batteries & Chargers” in our menu. Note that we’re certified to ship lithium batteries safely – an advantage over many competitors.
Can I order a complete bike from your shop?
Absolutely. We offer a selection of bikes including BMX, dirt bikes, and balance bikes. These ship via our Standard Shipping option only (due to size/weight) and may have slightly longer processing times for proper packaging.

How do I track my order?

Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship globally except to some Asian and remote regions where carrier restrictions apply. During checkout, your cart will automatically show delivery availability for your location. Note that international orders may be subject to customs fees in your country (not included in our prices).
How long does order processing take?
Our team carefully picks and packs all orders within 1-2 business days. During peak seasons (like pre-race periods), processing may occasionally take up to 3 days – we’ll notify you if this affects your order.
Returns & Warranty

We offer a 15-day return window from the delivery date. To be eligible:
